You would go to a doctor if you thought your appendix was infected and needed to be removed. Identifying problems with life and developing strategies to overcome them requires no less of an objective, professional assist at times.

All of our work together will be conducted on a secure Telehealth video platform. It is simple to use- I will send you a link and you just need to click on it. That means that scheduling is easier for most people. You don't have to drive to my office and worry about fighting traffic when you leave and losing any benefit you just experienced due to the stress of dealing with bad drivers. It also allows you access services in a place where you feel safe and comfortable. I utilize a service called Headway for the insurance and financial side of things, and for scheduling. You will also have a portal you can log into for forms, assessments, handouts, homework (yes- you will have assignments to do between the times we meet), and other similar things.
